Privacy Policy

LR Studio Publisher ("the tool") is an internal tool operated by Leandro Marcos Rodrigues ("we", "us"). It uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

1. Who uses the tool

The only user is the owner of the connected YouTube channels. The tool has no public sign-up and is not offered to other people.

2. What data we access through YouTube API Services

When a channel owner authorizes the tool with Google OAuth 2.0, the tool requests these scopes:

• youtube.upload: to upload the owner's own videos to the owner's channel.
• youtube: to edit the metadata of the owner's own videos (title, description, tags, privacy status, schedule) and to delete test uploads.
• youtube.readonly: to read the channel's basic information and its list of videos.
• yt-analytics.readonly: to read the channel's own performance reports (views, watch time, subscribers, traffic sources).

We do not access viewers' personal information, comments' authors' data, or any channel that has not been explicitly authorized by its owner.

3. How we use the data

Only to perform the actions the owner requests (uploading and editing his own videos) and to show the owner his own channel reports. We do not sell, rent, share or transfer YouTube data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How data is stored

• OAuth refresh tokens are stored only on the owner's computer, in a configuration file readable only by the owner's user account.
• The tool keeps no database of YouTube API data: channel information and analytics reports are fetched when the owner asks for them, shown to him, and not saved by the tool.
• Video files are read from the owner's computer at upload time; the tool keeps no copy on any server.
• The tool uses no cookies and no tracking.

5. Retention and deletion

The only data the tool stores is the OAuth refresh token of each connected channel. It is kept only while the owner wants the channel connected. You can revoke the tool's access at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions; when access is revoked, the stored tokens stop working and are deleted from the owner's computer. You can also ask us to delete any stored data by writing to the address below; we will do it within 7 days.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
